Import Process.
- Our Import team will initiate the process on receipt of formal documents (Fax/Mail).
- Documents will be processed through our Online System with Customs.
- Co-ordinating the status of document with the customs and updated information to the customers.
- Collection of Delivery order from Shipping Agents.
- Liasioning with the Transporter to effect the smooth delivery of the consignment.
- Delivery will be organised within 4-5 days from the date of arrival.

Export Process.- On receipt of Export Documents – Our Export Team will initiate the process.
- Documents will be processed through our Online System with Customs.
- Co-ordinating the pick-up of cargo from exporters warehouse.
- Routing the shipment to worldwide destinations through the most reliable Shipping lines at the most competetive freight rates,
- Organising the Release of Bill Of Lading.
- Completing the Post-Shipment formalities with the Customs to expedite the release of Export Incentives to customers.
